“ 9/5/2024- We make our annual fishing trip and end it with a nice rounded meal. Called last week to reserve our table. Arrived today at 5 pm, and was seated in our spot. Went with a futomaki roll- perfectly done- We usually get the "boat".. but since we've been fasting.. decided to go with individual entrees. Went with the chicken katsu and tempura. Serving is a large portion- includes miso soup and salad- Tempura was good included two shrimp and veggies- Hubby went with the teriyaki beef and tuna sashimi.. Satisfied customers! Price $70 and could have had leftovers.. but didn't want to bring back home. ”

“ Always a stop for us before going back home. Today i ordered the tuna sashimi and beef teriyaki combo. The owner, Roxanne, remembered us and seated us next to the window. The food was delicious. The marinade on the beef was perfect and the tuna was really fresh. Coming back next year! ”

“ We ordered the chicken katsu, saba shioyaki, sushi boat, and fried shishito peppers. The taste rivals the quality of a typical Japanese restaurant in metropolitan California, which is quite impressive for a town this size. The entrees were on the more expensive side but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they contained roughly double the protein of a normal bento box (e.g. two cutlets, a saba fillet that was much larger than usual), so they ended up being very good value for money. The sushi was a normal portion and was definitely the most expensive item. Note that they charge a 10% service fee even on takeout orders. ”
